Noy is passionate about all things sea kayaking here in the Pacific Northwest – she simply loves to be on and in salt water. She is an ACA L3 Coastal Kayaking Instructor, has taught kayaking through a number of paddling clubs and has been the general organizer for the South Sound Traditional Inuit Kayaking Symposium (focuses on sharing Greenlandic kayaking and culture as part of its connection to QajaqUSA and Greenland’s kayaking association). She is thrilled to be part of the Surf Sirens team having first learned about the surf zone from Deb Volturno. She has attended Surf Sirens whenever injury or illness did not interfere, and heads for the waves whenever scheduling and good waves intersect.
